How long does it take?
We’re currently not able to draw dogs on-demand. There’s just one artist running this place, and he’s very busy with some exciting projects, which unfortunately leaves little room for drawing dogs.
Will you draw me with my dog?
Nope. This is a service just for dogs.
Will I get to see my picture before it's shipped?
Yes. You'll get a low res watermarked image you can approve, then shortly after your print will ship. If you purchased the digital file, you'll also get that in another email, it will be a super high-res jpeg, perfect for putting on a billboard.
Can I request changes to my picture?
Yes, you can ask for one round of revisions at the proof approval stage. If we missed a special mark or got the collar color wrong, we'll get that fixed. Large-scale changes (i.e., "Can you start over?"), or more than two rounds of revisions will result in additional charges. Remember, this is a stylized take on your dog, not an exact recreation. This sounds severe, but really revisions can usually be avoided if you provide lots of pictures and plenty of detail in your order form.
Will you draw my two dogs in the same picture?
Yes, but you’ll need to make two orders, as it’s still two dogs.
